All you need to get started is a PC or a Mac with a current generation browser (i.e., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE9 or higher). To use the mobile interface, all you need is an iPhone, Android or other device with an HTML5-capable browser. There is no software to install!

While processing your customer credit card payments through serviceminder is not required, doing so will certainly save you time and improve your cash flow. In order to do this, you need to have both a merchant account and an Authorize.net payment gateway.

We support Authorize.net as our payment processing gateway. You just plug in your Authorize.net credentials into serviceminder and you're ready to go.
